Unknown number/caller

I've been calling several landlines recently and the recipients tell me that I'm showing up as Unknown Caller (or Number). This started happening within the past several days, and before I switched my phones. They're all on Bell if that makes a difference. I've never had this problem before.

This wasn't related to a phone setting change or anything on my end. My Galaxy S7 and S22 both had caller ID set to Network default and not hidden. Calling other people on their cell phones doesn't present a problem - my ID still goes through.

I don't know anyone not on a Bell landline service to call and check if it's potentially a Bell problem. Other names / numbers have shown properly on the recipient's phone, though, so that makes me think it might be Telus / PM-related.
