Hello
i have been trying all morning to reset my password to login and pay my bill.
Every time I reset, it says successful, but I still can’t login.

tried use Browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
then Reset Password
after says successful, close all Browser, again one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

@CK87 - latest upgrades to My Account have made some browsers difficult to access our account without clearing cache/cookies on the browser you usually use (or see @Lux post).
If you are using Chrome, choose to open a Chrome incognito tab and then choose the "Sign In" at the top right of the page to select either of the below to access your account info.:

Did you refresh your browser before try the new password?
Click on the circular arrow top left of the page.

Try singing in with a different browser or using Incognito mode.

You can pay with your on file credit card, by dialing 611. You will need your PM pin number.
