So, this is an oddly specific problem. My sister's credit card expired, she forgot to update it on PM, and now her phone plan's not being renewed. She has not logged into the account for a year now so she forgot the password, and she's trying to reset the account password but the email's not showing up to her account. Is it because she did not pay her bill? What do we need to do to log in so we can pay the bill?

@ldimes, All requests for help from the mods need to be sent to the moderators team. That way you do not need to know who is available when, in order to get your issue resolved. Their hours are published M-F 9AM-9PM(EST) & Sat/Sun 9AM-7PM(EST).
If you need a password reset, I recommend sending your private message to the moderator team now, so that you will be at/near the top of their list in the morning.

Im dealing with the same issue as your sister at this very moment! I wish there was a list of online Mods so we could hopefully get our issue dealt with quicker.

The password reset feature didn'td work, the email is not timely. Please send an email to the moderator team and they can assist with the password reset.
