Password not working even after reset

I kept getting error even tho I was using correct password.  Then I reset the password, the screen said the reset was successful and then when I tried to log in with new password, I got an error message saying too many log in attempts. 

 

How to I get into my account?

@MOOmum4040   Try to reset it once again.  But after the reset shows successfully, try to use another different browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) or Incognito mode to login

Wait a while and try again to log in once the lock has timed out. When logging in clear your browser cache and cookies and then go incognito. Use chrome.
