Password don't work and i can't reset it. Help. My daughter's phone broke. Im going to be paying for an account i can't use.

Passwords are case sensitive - since you know the password then make sure you pay attention to upper case and lower case letters.

The website is finicky.
You can try to login with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.

if the phoen just 'broke" and not lost, take the sim card out from the boken phone and put it in another phone (like yours). Your can then login My Account by asking the 2FA code sent via SMS and you login My Account that way
But if phone was lost, no other way to get into email address, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
