Hello,
I set up a Public Mobile account for a friend of mine and we forgot the password to login. The account has recently expired due to no payment and the "Forgot Password" button has failed to generate a password reset email in the associated email account. I require the assistance of a mod to help me with this. @Mary_M

There is a problem with the password reset please a private message to the mods with the instructions below. They can resolve this for you.

@sonny875 You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum, or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Check that email notification of private messages is turned ON to see their response as soon as it arrives.

Also, turn on email notification of private messages so you do not miss the deadline for resetting your account.

@marcel4000, for the quickest turnaround, just send a private message to a moderator. When they see this forum post, they will ask you to send them a private message anyway. If you are unsure of how to private message a moderator, the following provides a very useful guide.
