I need to reset my password so I can get into my account to change payment options. I am not getting them at the email on the account or the phone number. Can I request it be sent to another email address?

Just login to your account and go to Profile and change it yourself.

not send to other email but you can change your email and set new password.
Trouble logging in? then Reset Password
or contact support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
after changed email,and tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
