Hello,
I am trying now to give my account to a frend.
How can i delete my email
It was already change the acct name but I cannot edit the email address.

@MYCHEF You can only update the email in your Community account and not the phone self serve account.
Please ask customer support for help to change email via chatbot as posted earlier or private message to CS_Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 if unable to submit a ticket.

@MYCHEF The email in self serve can only be changed by customer support and they can be contacted via chatbot here: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Make sure to change the email to something very generic and also remove all other personal information from the account including any payment cards and then give the email (once it's changed) plus login password to the person who you wish to transfer the account to. They can then update all the relevant information to their own.
BTW, transferring the account will include your current number as porting out would automatically close the account.
