Missed port accept msg deadline while porting phone number from rogers to public mobile. Text asked to resend verification re confirm. Texted "1" to resend. No text. No confirmation. Nothing.
Phone won't take inbound calls, straight to voice-mail. Old carrier recording.
Sometimes texts come through.
From research appears to be a port issue. Need help from support.

Your Rogers SIM should still work since the porting wasn’t completed. Keep the Rogers SIM in your phone until you get the text to confirm the porting.

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
