Switching to new flash sale promo

Hello I recently switched to public Mobile this month and now they are offering a much better deal on a flash promo.

I would like to switch to the new flash sale deal.

Please help me to switch over to the $25 per month 80gb Canada/usa /Mexico deal.

I ported from fizz to public mobile. So far only a partial port. Outgoing and incoming calls but no SMS text messages.

It's been 4 hours.

Is this port stuck? Can someone help check this port request. I immediately responded "yes" to the text request to port from fizz.

Do I need moderator help?

I feel like switching back to my old provider. I will look at doing that soon.

I feel like this is not right since I am just a new subscriber a few weeks ago

I'm disappointed too.

I'm a customer just like you. I would love to get this offer myself. 

In all the years I've been here,  I have NEVER seen rates as good as this, even if it's only for 24 months.

the terms of the new offers indicate those offers are for new activations. As you're a recent activation...you're not a new activation...sorry.

Is it possible to switch to this promo for me?

I am disappointed I wasn't offered this initially. I thought they said the boxing day specials were the best and a few weeks later it goes half off?

Did you sign into your account? Did it show as available to you?

If not, this is not for current users as indicated new activations only. Even though you only switch this month, you are not considered new. New is at the time of activation promo  offer.
