Tuesday
Hello,
I'm going out of country next month. I'm not planning on using my plan (data and minutes) while outside Canada. Is it possible for me to pay less money for less coverage (in days). During my next pay period I will be in able to use the plan only for a week – all other time I will not be in Canada, so is it possible to pay a quarter of the month's fee and get the coverage for only those 7 days?

Good plan, @daniilb
Consistent with my initial guess and reply.
The only time it's beneficial to pause the subscription and/or switch to a lower priced plan, is when one is not going to use the service for more than 30 days.
Safe travels!

I leaving in the middle of my pay period and I will need the plan before and after my trip, so I think I will just leave everything as easy because it is just easier this way not really worth the hassle. Thank you

@daniilb No best you can do is turn off auto subscribe and your plan won’t renew on the renewal date . So if it lines up for when your leaving then you can just pay manually when you return home to delay the renewal date by a week would be the only real option . Note when you your turn off auto subscribe you can allow the plan to suspend on the renewal day and leave it suspended for 90 days before you have to make manual payment if not after 90 days the account will be closed and number gone
Turn auto subscribe off/on

/@daniilb , you can suspend your account for up to 90 days without payment. You would sign into your account and report it stolen/ stolen. No money will be deducted for the time it's under suspension. When you are ready just click on the option to re-activate account. It's instant.
Just make sure you don't pass the 90 days without payment or you risk losing your number.
Or you could turn the Subscription off, by clicking on the Manage Subscription option on sign in. Then re-acivite when ready.
Again you can do this for up to 90 days.

hi@daniilb
how long you are going to leave Canada? you cannot get anything back if you need the service for one week and back within the end of that cycle (ie, within the 3 weeks). If you leave longer, you can then suspend the account so it won't renew after that cycle.

No, there's no option for any service period shorter than 30 days, @daniilb
What you can do is switch to the lowest cost plan, unless you're only going away for a week or two, in which case makes sense to stay on current plan.
