I have paid, and when I try to log in to get my e-sim and transfer my phone number I am asked to complete my subscription and pay AGAIN.
Do I have to contact my bank?

you need to use PM app to complete the subscription after payment, but you shouldn't be asked to pay again. Try again using the PM app. You should be asked for the phone number (Step 5) and then it should complete the subscription (step 6)
