Missing Data

I redeemed 15pts April 2 for 15gb data. 10pts April 12 for 10 GB. 15 pts April 15 for 15gb data.

I have 60gb on my monthly plan. My usage records don't add up to nearly 60gb, nevermind the extra data I've paid for.

Account is activated for years and is in good standing. 

I don't understand where my data is.

Any help.is appreciated

why you redeem so many data add-on ? you really used them up already? you know data addon has a 30 days life only ?  they will be wasted if not all used up after 30 days

for your data usage problem, it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

After you logged in, click Usage Breakdown under the usage meter on the front page and you should see the data addon and how much used/remain

 

if you still have trouble with the data addon, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
