Unfortunately PM does not provide customer service via phone...your only option is to private message a mod, Moderator_Team giving as much information as possible about your issue, include your account, telephone and PIN numbers to facilitate a faster response. This seems to be happening to quite a few customers at the moment so be prepared to wait maybe a few hours at least for either a response back or a fix to your issue. Good luck.
