Paid twice for the Sim card

I ordered some sim card by internet and paid for the ordering. Then my card was delivered and I had to activate it. When I was activating my sim card I had to pay same amount for the second time. I need clarification.  I paid twice for the sim card.

Exactly....  Sim cost $10 + taxes and your first month cost $10 + taxes.  Since Public Mobile is prepaid, you have to pay before getting phone service.

Yes, it was 10$ plan. So it means that sim card costs 10$ plus the first month service costs another 10$, or?

Not sure how you paid for sim card twice.  The first time you paid for the card. The second payment would have been for the plan.

Check your self serve account under payment history. What does it show there?

You should only pay once for the SIM card.  Which should have been the online order....

Which plan did you activate?  You do need to pay for first month of your plan when you activate the SIM card.  By chance, did you activate the $10 plan?
