Paid put Cannot log in

I paid for my subscription but when I was transferring my number, your system said it failed. And after that, my account was not able to be logged in. It shows Forbidden A1 for 5 days and no one is responding or helping from PM. I just want to login to my account and cancel your subscription!! This is so annoying !!!
