Paid my plan but my phone isnt active.

Hey!
So I am not new or anything but seem to be having issues with my plan being activated this month. I did try changing my plan before and paid what I owed, it's saying its activated and my payment is off my card but my phone isn't working. 
Anyone able to help please?
