You will need to contact the carrier that your iPhone is locked to to request for an unlock code. You will also need to provide your device's IMEI number (don't disclose it here as it is a public forum) for them to assist you with unlocking. If your carrier is either Telus/Koodo, the mods will be able to unlock it for you.
who is the locked provider for the 5s? The only way you can unlock your phone is by going to the previous provider which it was locked to. Call their customer service and they will do it for you.
