I have had 400 intl talk minutes for each 90d period since I joined public mobile over a year ago. This most recent renewal of my plan (that happened in October), I can't make any calls to an area code outside of my place of living, despite having the 400 minute add ons. When I go to the add-on section of my plan, it is not listed, but when I see my payment, it says I paid for 400 minutes. What do I do?

Sounds like either an expired long time added add-on that just ran out, or failure to correctly add the addon twice (once for payment, second for actual addon).

Addon's do not auto renew with your plan. They are carried over until fully consumed. If you are not seeing it listed in your addons it means it is fully consumed and you will need to repurchase it. If you are saying you have paid for it are you able to post a screen shot (with account # and personal info removed) and we can see if we can help you out
ETA do you have a balance in Available Funds equal to the amount of the addon as purchasing them is a two step process
