I renewed my payment for my phone plan but it’s still suspended. Please help.

Did you try reboot the phone? And reset network settings?
Login My Account using Incognito mode and check the account status, check if the money stuck as a credit and not used for renewal
If need, open ticket with PM. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

@Kodak-91 Try rebooting the phone first if you haven’t already , but if all you did was update credit card info then you have to make manual payment afterwards to resume services
