On Jun 2, you topped up your account with $40 and purchased $15 400 international add-on.
On Jun 3, you added another $1 to you account. I am guessing that your were trying to trigger PM server to provision your plan again.
In order for us to provide correct solution to get your phone working again, we need to know which plan do you have and your current account status.
If you account status is active and adding $1 was not able to get your account working again, you need to contact moderator for assistant.
If you have a $25 plan and your account status is expired or suspended, you have enough available fund to reactivate your account. Click the reactivate you account link on your overview page to get your phone working again.
If you have a $40 plan and your account status is expired or suspended, you need to add another $14 to you account and click reactivate you account link on your overview page to get your phone working again.
We will provide more info after you provide us your account status and which plan you have.

@geopublic he's on the $40 5gb plan on auto-pay.

Taxes get automatically added to the amount when making one-time payments using selfserve or dialing 611.

@Rahulrj Those screenshots show that you funded your account with $40.00 then you purchased a 400 International minute add-on for $15 so your balance was reduced to $25.00 then you added $1 to your account. What is the cost of your plan? You currently have $26.00 so you need to fund your account with Plan cost $40- $26 = $14 to cover the cost of renewal.
Did you enable Auto-Pay?

@Rahulrj try these tricks to restart/ reset your phone service. You could try in order:
1. Restarting your phone. Turn your phone off, wait 30 seconds and restart.
2.Putting your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes. Take it off and restart.
3.From your self service account enable the lost/ stolen feature log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and take it off. Log out and restart your phone.
4. Add $2 through One Time Payment to your account and restart your phone .
If these tricks don't work contact a moderator and ask them to reset your SIM. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.
