Paid for add on - long distance international - not working

Hello

i Paid for add on a few days ago for long distance minutes 300 international and I have tried several time to make a phone call and it says I don’t have any minutes. I tried turning off my phone and back on. 
I tried submitting a ticket several times and it won’t work, I tried clearing browsing history and cache and still receive an error code.

Can I get my add on refunded since I haven’t used it. And repurchase the correct add on?

Hi @Steph2024 you bought the wrong add-on There is another US long distance add-on to buy to call US.   You need to buy this one:

1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes  for  $15.00 (all 50 states, plus Pureto Rico and the US Virgin Islands)

Please ask support to help to switch it back.

Hi @Steph2024 where you are trying to call??  Long Distance does not call everywhere, where you are calling??

These are the only countries you can call

**Intl long distance Add-On included countries: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.
