Paid for a new sim card 7 weeks but did NOT receive

Hello,

My son has ordered and paid for a new SIM card since July 1st but didn't get it.

He created a new account, and his email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

He asked a question, but the answers were not helpful.

Please help to solve the problem.

That is way too long. Normally takes up to 3 weeks. Canada Post has either delivered it to the wrong address or lost it.

Contact a CS_Agent to send a new replacement or pick one up at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or at Amazon or CCS for $5.

7 weeks is too long.  probably it was lost
