if you paid multiple times, the payment history should show and the extra should be showing as a credit I. Available funds. It can be used for future payment
if you do t see that or rather a refund , please work with support agent by submit ticket with them. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Louisabee if you paid twice, the extra payment will stay for next month and you wouldn't need to pay again. Your available funds should reflect the extra payment.
If you really want the payment back, you can use the chatbot to ask. But more than they will take as long as the next renewal to credit you back if they agree as the policy is no refunds.
