I paid my bill a day early and woke up to no service this morning. The payment went through. In the app it says I'm subscribed bit this is false.

@Joellemills  Each account needs it own email . If using  the same device to log into the different accounts . Be sure to clear web browser cache and cookies . pm has cache issues and will display last user logged in instead . Or delete the app and res install each time logging into different account

If it shows you are Subscribed, maybe reboot your phone and reset Network setting.

Thanks! I messaged cs agent. Also! Get this! My husband tried calling out and his phone is also cut off and his bill isn't due until the 5th. He logs into his PM with his email and different password, and it shows my payment from yesterday! As if our accounts are linked as one now. It's so messed up!

@Joellemills  PM is every 30 days not monthly remember . And if today is your renewal day and you have services and see this error message you can ignore it . But if no service at all log into account see are the funds sitting unavailable funds if so hot lay now and resume . Curious did you have plan set to change also ? If so this can cause the renewal to not go thru at times in this case submit ticket with support to help
