I payed my monthly phone bill yesterday! You guys took it out of my bank account but yet never reactivated my subscription ?

you have to wait for PM to reply then.  It is not instant, maybe within an hour 

maybe  login to My Account using Incognito browser mode again, check if the money you paid only stuck Available Funds. Check payment history, see if it recorded your payment there 

@Yaboyshnaps keep an eye out for new messages from the support agent, they should be getting back to you shortly. Look for the envelope icon in the top right corner of your screen

I have restarded my phone yes ! I made a ticket did a private message , my account is still suspended

reboot the phone again

@Yaboyshnaps have you tried restarting your phone? Are you able to see if text or data are working besides calling?
