Hello folks I need a PUK number for my phone and the Sim is not locked yet it still says 9 tries and I'm not doing that again and get locked out how do I submit a ticket and my phone smashed is there any way to get a free phone for a long time customer

You sure it is the sim card unlock code you need and not the carrier phone unlock code?
For sim card unlock code, Ask PM. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

nope...no free phones unless you have a friend / relative can spot you one.
To get PUK, click the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support.
