Hi there I'm stuck I recently locked myself out of my sim card entered the passcode wrong three times and now is needing and asking for a PUK code that has 8 digits please someone answer me and help as I really need a working phone as it's used for business (work) and need to recieve any calls and texts without it being locked cause if I can't figure it out I get fired from the only job I have to support my rent and bills please someone answer and help out

You need to send the message to the moderator_team handle and who ever is working will look at your case once it's your turn.

Edit: If it's the actual SIM that is locked (you would have been the one to activate the according setting in your phone's OS) you could try buying a new SIM card and changing the SIM number in your self serve account.
If the message has the workd "network" in it, the phone is locked to your previous carrier and you need to get the unlock code from them.

What type of phone is it? If a Samsung some people have had luck with contacting Samsung and getting a master PUK from them. If not you will need to contact the moderators.
