AS PER USUAL..... THE PUBLIC MOBILE WEBSITE IS COMPLETE DEBACLE AND WON'T LET ME MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE  (EVEN AFTER DAYS OF TRYING)

did you wait an hour before you tried Incognit/Private/Secret mode?  Yes, that is something many used and worked

But same like it is same, time to submit ticket with CS agent,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@publmobilesucks , I understand you’re angry but please don’t take your anger out on us. We didn’t do this to you! We are just customers here on this community forum trying to help one another for free! We don’t owe anyone anything. We can only share what has worked for us in hope that it can help others to relieve some of their frustration & stress.

We didn’t know that you’re doing a new activation! This can only be done using the Public Mobile app. It can’t be done on the website! Sorry 😔 

We were only responding based on the information you provided in your post. We meant no harm or disrespect!

Unfortunately since we are only making you angrier I will stop responding!

@publmobilesucks  The community can’t , we are just customers like you trying to help . But we can offer suggestions and help guide you in the right direction . You can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 also

@publmobilesucks , I have been waiting for over 4 weeks to get help from CS_Agents with my support ticket & I check often for updates but your issue should be quite simple for them to fix! Apparently mine is very difficult!

I now use vouchers that get added to my account automatically when I purchase them. I don’t want a payment card on my account anymore due to the issues here! I understand that’s not what you’re trying to do though. Sorry 😞 I wish I could fix it for you! There’s definitely bugs in the system!
