I need to cancel the service of my partner who hasn’t been able to activate her account because her new phone is not compatible with the esim we ordered. I want to write a ticket to cancel her service and refund the two charges that have been charged to her, but have not been able to file a request associated with her account because her account cannot be finalized without activating the esim.

Please work with a Public Mobile customer support agent to arrange having the activation changed to a physical sim card activation. A ticket can be opened using the chatbot at
