Does any one know what the email POP (NOT imap) settings are for:
Gmail....for iPad and iPhone
TELUS.....for iPad and iPhone.
I keep thinking I have the correct settings but keep seeing different ones to use and they mysteriously change. And when I do the settings and save, I go back, and the port settings change as does Authentication...I select password and go back and the setting disappears.
So frustrating.

@stonechucker me too. That's why I pointed out that ActiveSync is available, and included info on using it. Oh well, eh?

I got Telus pop to work from instructions. Thanks
I got Gmail pop to work from instructions and a whole bunch of trial and error.
Where they ask for user name and password......do it TWICE! The second spot is where it says optional......put user name and password there as well....it is MANDATORY when using Apple mail.
THANKS.

Sooooooo if any one has got either Telus or a Gmail POP account set up sucessfully on a ipad or iphone, please let me know.
I have done it before but........
