Hi I can’t add the promotion PMDATA10 always give error can you please correct from your side.

Hardly anyone is so clueless as to not know what their plan is. If you keep giving such robotic answers, it won’t help resolve the issue.

to get the 10GB's promo data, you must first have an active regular plan of at least $24...and... you must apply the code PMDATA10 in your account to have the data added to your account successfully.

you have a plan $24 and more?

and  the issue you are experiencing could be due to browser/app cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Ticket", Then click the following in order: "Account Management" , "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
