to get the 10GB's promo data, you must first have an active regular plan of at least $24...and... you must apply the code PMDATA10 in your account to have the data added to your account successfully.

and the issue you are experiencing could be due to browser/app cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
