the 50% off is not a code, those were plans for new subscribers, and it was couple months ago
for your 10GB code issue, if you still cannot add it on My Account, you will need to ask PM agent to help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

I’m sure you got your reply but the system never works for multiple promo codes for any website unless it would be created to override things which I’ve never seen. It would be different if it was a promo code plus an automatic discount or something like that but never 2 promo codes

it is a code to existing subscribers who have plans $24+.
Just login My Account, go to Subscription & add-ons page ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-plan-add-on ) and enter the code at the New Promotion Code box there
