Looking for customer service agent to fix the SUBMIT TICKET page for returns.
I want to return purchased phone within 30 day return policy.
The return page does not let me to proceed with form submission. Once the final selection is made and button is clicked to confirm the address, the previous button gets de-selected. Clicking one deselects the other.
Could not contact customer service without PM active phone number, automated message directs to the webside which is completely useless. Looks like Telus completely destroyed PM.

@KD7 chatbot won't work for CPO related ticket, you have to message them at:
