PM is sending verification code to the old
original sim card number. However, I already did the transfer of number within 2 days of having it. Had no problem for the past 4 months. I just checked today to update my plan but I cannot log in. There’s no option to send code to email. HOW TO FRIKIN FIX THIS?????

Get the code via email first. click didn't receive code or resend code and then choose email
if you can login, go to Profile -> Manage EverSafeID and change phone number
but if you cannot login , then ask PM to update it. Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
