The PM app won't load so I can activate my plan.  I enter email and password and the app just shows the spinning circle.  I have uninstalled and installed over a dozen times. Any suggestions?

Thank you softech (Oracle).  I have a samsung S24. Yes I do have another phone (samsung A51). I downloaded the app to that phone (A51) and it worked. However I don't want the PM plan on that phone.

I have already been charged for the plan, if I create another account with another email address I would be charged for another plan, wouldn't I ?
I tried to create another account with a different email. I got to the point where you log in to the account and the same thing happens. The spinning circle.  There is definitely some setting on my S24 that won't let the app load. Any ideas?

what phone do you have?  you have another phone that can help with that?

Since server could be down for maintenance in late hours (or early morning hours), I suggest you to wait till after 9am. Uninstall the app one more time and reinstall.  Use another email address this time to create another account and try it again.  Let us know if any success with that
