Hi Guys,
I'm looking to transfer my number from PM to the new $60/10GB plan, but keeping my PM account for my sister, who also wants to keep her number. Would it be possible to:
1. Transfer my PM number to a new Koodo account, without losing my PM account
2. Transfer my sister's Bell number to my existing PM account
This way I'd have two plans, one for me and one for my sister, with both of us keeping our numbers.
Thanks!

I asked a mod to do just this.
Was told no.
I am seriously annoyed.

@Luddite when you mention "that special word' in posts can you add a "- " after pm That way the search function won't add the thread to the search results.
I will typically write search forum for pm-guide (remove the -) for some great threads.

You both deserve a bravo from me @Luddite & @wetcoaster.
Poor @wetcoaster, this has been a common occurrence as of late haha 🙂

If I hadn't decided to write it up myself this time instead of just linking to your original post (which I do have on "speed dial", as seen in the links... 😉 ) I'd have made it. At least that is my story and I stick to it... 😄
Sleep well!

@wetcoaster Nimble fingers, in spite of my age?
Well more likely because I use "pmguide" in the search tool, then "Quirks and workarounds". Was an @mimmo suggestion. 👍 👍
Time for some beauty sleep. Over to you wetcoaster.

It's possible if you open a second account (with the according cost):
* Right now, you have account A with number a
* Open Account B with Number b
* Contact mods and ask to transfer number a to account B
--> random number c will be assigned to Account A
--> number b is lost
* Port out number a to Koodo
--> account B is closed,
--> keep Account A / number c
* Port number from Bell to account A
--> number c is lost
--> Bell account will be closed
Edit: @Luddite beat me, again.

Yes but it will cost you $20 for 30 day texting, or 250 Meg data, only on a 2'nd PM plan, then
1. ask the moderators to transfer phone number on plan 1 to plan 2, and give plan 1 a new random number
2. port-out your main number that is now on plan 2 to Koodo which will close plan 2
3. port-in the Bell number to plan 1 which closes the Bell account.
