I have acquired a PM phone plan a few days ago (Monday), and ported in my number from Fido.
I expected the number to be fully ported within a day (so my number would be fully working by Tuesday), but I still cannot receive calls and text with the SIM card provided. (I can send out calls, texts, and can use data normally)
When I insert my Fido SIM card, it receives all the texts and missed calls.
How can I fix it so that the number fully ports into PM?

It sounds like your port in has not been completed for some reason.
Please send a private message to the @CS_Agent.
In your message to them please include:
- details of your issue
- your account number
- your phone number.
