HI @rocky5 If you have forgotten your PIN or unable to find the PIN back form the text as advised by @computergeek541 , the only way is to contact PM CS agent to reset it
To do so, Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

Did you activate online or in-store? In either case, you would have received a text message with the account PIN. I would check your device to see if it's still saved there. Also, if you performed an online activation, the account PIN would be whatever you chose at the time.
