PIN Not Working - I'm Stuck.

I just registered my phone and put in my SIM card. I set up a PIN for my new SIM card, but when I rebooted my phone it would not accept the new PIN I created. 

I'm stuck and I don't know what to do next.

My phone is not working.

@lcam77, If you set a PIN number on the SIM, you will have several tries to figure it out.  After that, you will need a PUK code, that you can obtain from the moderators.

@lcam77 Is your phone unlocked? AFAIK, the phone does not require a "PIN" code for the sim to work. May be it's a PUK code you are referring to?
