Get it from local Telus or Koodo stores. But please call before you go, not all stores carry PM sim card
Or you can other from Amazon:

(Just do not order from PM site as it could take long for them to deliver)

Go to your local Koodo/Telus store and pick one up or order from Amazon or PM.
Warning: PM may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

You can order SIM from PM site or try to find one at retail kiosks of Telus/Koodo. Call first before you go there as PM SIMs are becoming scarce products.
They you can swap SIM
