iVE BEEN A AUTOPAY CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND MY PHONE WAS SHUT OFF SAYING MY BILL WAS NOT PAID. iDIOTS !!!! SO RE-ENTERED MY AUTOPAY APPLICATION AND MY PHONE IS NO ORKING BUT MY WIFI IS NOT !!!!! iM PAYING FOR THIS AND WANT A NUMBER TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

It's a long-shot but...while you wait for reply from moderators...try dialling 611 to add funds.If that works, reboot phone.

@gogs17  Another customer has also mentioned that data is not working so maybe it's a temporary problem. Maybe try powering down your phone and removing the sim card for about 5 minutes to see if it makes a difference. AutoPay will not cause your data to not work if your account is active and your plan is renewed.

@gogs17  wifi away from your house is data.

 

I believe your plan has not renewed. Can you post a screen shot of your overview page in selfserve?

 

If not what is the available funds?

 

Have you tried adding funds equal to your amount owing?

 

If you have available funds have you tried the lost stolen trick mentioned above?

 

Also it helps if you quote the person or mention the person you are replying to.

so your just going to play games ..... par for PM ..... why isnt my internet not working when I'm out of range of my home ? Has been working for years now it stops when PM screwed up my auto pay ????

 

@gogs17 are talking about wifi or data PM has nothing to do with wifi

@gogs17 @Wifi has nothing to do with PM service. Is wifi turned off is airplane mode turned on?

If it's only your data and not your wifi ( doesn't matter with public mobile) which doesn't work....check your APN settings here...https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile

We're funds added to the account after re adding your credit card? After a failure you typically need to add funds  the system won't (I believe) deduct from card.

 

If funds are added and phone still does not work try lost stolen trick or 1$trick
