I transferred my phone number from rogers to PM yesterday and its still SOS. i received porting message and replied yes. since then its SOS. PLS HELP

Its e-sim. i removed my rogers sim card after replying 'yes' to porting message. Rebooted phone and still doesnt work. In the email from PM, it says can take upto 5 business hours and its been business 5 hours now

did you try remove your Roger sim and reboot phone and test with the PM sim ?
if same, ask PM to check both the porting and sim issue, you can submit ticket by direct message:
