PAYMENT AND LOG IN ISSUES

Hello,

So I've been trying to update my plan for days now but it keeps telling me that my log in is incorrrect. It only gives me one chance before locking me out of trying more. I try to reset my password but everytime it tells me that the email adress is also locked even though it is the one I use for the account. I'm super annoyed I can't make a payment and don't have texting of data, especially since I am going away today and need it 😞

@abbygrace while you wait for the mods to respond, wait 50 minutes, clear your browser history,  go to incognito/private mode and try to log into your my account again.

@abbygrace Contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket. Welcome to PM .
