I’ve been overcharged for my bill monthly. I have the 45$ plan but I’m paying twice a month since august at least and I can’t get through to any agent to get refunds or credits added for the money I’ve been overcharged. Also I’m running out of data way faster I think because it’s charging me twice it thinks my bill ends half way thro

Before you go to a CS Agent, always contact your credit card company to confirm you are being charged twice. And if you are indeed being charged twice, then click on @hairbag1 link.
