My visa bill shows three debits from public mobile for $21.00 on Dec. 8.  I only received a $15.00 talk and text for 10 days and have a bank left of $25.00.  I should be refunded $21.00 to my visa card.

In payment history there were two transactions for $21 00 and on visa bill three $21.00 transactions came out.

you bought the $15 10 Day US Roaming talk / text add-on then ?

 

Can you post a screenshot of your latest payment history. I'm sure we can sort this out and provide guidance.

@djennings   if you login to My Account and check the Payment History page, do you see PM shows multiple transaction on that day?  

 

What you meant by you " have a bank left of $25.00" ?  you meant you see a $25 on Available Fund on My Account?

Also, any chance 1 of those 3 charges on your credit card is just a pending charge?
