I was overcharged on my account and the remaining available balance disappeared. How do I get my money back?

Sometimes it happens where you get double charged but the second charge doesn't show in your available balance. Contact a CSA who will be able to rectify this for you

By chance are you in the $10 plan that has increased to $13 now?

What your account says, how much $ you have on it?
Can you provide screenshot of your transactions?
Did your credit card get charged extra?
If you see $ on your account, leave them there as they will be used for next renewal.
You can ask for refund if it is PM's error contacting agent. Be aware that refund might take up to a month to get so in most cases people leave $ on account to be used for next renewal.
