@Jereny

Sorry to hear you also got caught up in this very unusual system issue affecting renewals on April 1st. Check your self serve account balance or call 611 to see if the extra payment is in your available funds. If so leave it for your next renewal. Payments always debit from your available funds first. If it's not in your available funds contact customer support to credit your account.

All Auto pay payments are charged to your payment card as per the renewal schedule on the first day of your new 30 day plan cycle. They cannot be scheduled earlier but you can ensure your renewal occurs without a hitch and avoid any possible suspension by making a manual top up payment anytime in the 30 days preceding your next renewal. The reminder text from 611 about your upcoming renewal is the perfect time to do this....you can also review your account and take a screenshot of your overview page for good measure and personal record keeping at the same time.

Your overpayment will be as credit in your account that will apply to your next month payment.

Yes, you can reach out to a CS_Agent for a refund but it will take up to 30 days…the same time for your next month payment.

Hi there, you got swallowed up by the infamous autopay issue, hopefully next time this wouldn't happen. With that said you can reach out to a CSA to request a refund since it was due to their systems, however it may be easier to just leave it in there and it will go towards your next renewal and you will only have to pay the balance if any
