I have a subscription plan that says if I subscribe for 90 days that I will receive $5 off each bill.  I have been subscribed for more than a year and never received the $5 off on any of my payments.  Is there a way to retroactively receive these overcharge/overpayments?

hi @mdeeh

usually the plan price is reflected with the discount already instead of an extra $5 separately,  ie, instead of $25 for 30 days, it will show $70 for 90 days.
