I want to port my number to Freedom and it failed. I went on this Public Mobile Support site and opened a ticket. The next day (today) I received a private message with a phone number to call for assistance. I called and the chatbot informed me that Kudo has no request to port my number. That is likely true as my number is with Public Mobile. Have I been given the wrong phone number or is Kudo and PM using the same help desk?
I am now waiting for the call back from Kudo. I ask who ever calls if they can help me with my porting request to switch to Freedom Mobile.

@RON2413 , if you are seeking support for porting you need to reach out to the receiving carrier.

the actual helpdesk, they are different
but for porting support, it is Koodo team that "helps'. Most the time, they will help. But in some cases, some agents do not know they help PM's porting team and they will not help. In that case, you will have to go back to the slower way of messaging PM support agent
